Coriander leaves can be applied on all kinds of skin. Yet be a little cautious, especially those with a sensitive skin.

A power-house of antioxidants - coriander is a blessing for acne, scar and pimples.

Coriander leaves work on ageing skin as well.

Coriander leaves are beneficial on chronic skin diseases and problems.

Primary skin requirements like moisturization, rejuvenation and freshness can be attained by using coriander leaves.

For preparing any of the coriander leaf-based face packs and skin scrubs, you have to collect only the leaf, soak it in water for three minutes and use it accordingly.

So, do try the following coriander face packs and skin scrub recipes at home.

Coriander Leaves + Tomato Juice + Lemon Juice + Fuller's Earth

First, grind 1/2 a small bowl of wet coriander in the mixer.

To the coriander leaves paste, add five teaspoons of the folloowing - tomato juice and lemon juice.

In the coriander, tomato and lemon mix, add half a tablespoon of fuller's earth (multani mitti).  When the pack is ready, apply it on the skin, let it dry and then wash with tepid water.

This works for brightening the skin.

Coriander Leaves + Egg White + Powdered Oats

First, grind 1/2 a small bowl of wet coriander in the mixer.

Without beating, with a spoon, mix the egg white into the coriander leaves paste you made.

Add oats powder to the coriander leaves paste and the egg white mix.

This is a scrub recipe and you have to spend time to rub or massage this all over your skin.

This is great for those facing enlarged skin pores, blackheads or whiteheads problem.

Coriander Leaves + Curd + Aloe Vera Gel + Milk Powder + Rice Powder + Kaolinite Clay

Keep ready 1/2 a small bowl of wet and clean coriander leaves.

Strain curd for 15 minutes and get the hung curd version of it.

Cut aloe vera leaves and collect the aloe vera gel.

First, mix the hung curd and aloe vera gel.

Make a coriander leaves paste in the grinder and add it to the curd, aloe vera gel mix.

One teaspoon of curd and aloe vera gel is enough.

Next, add a pinch of milk powder and rice powder to the coriander paste you made.

Lastly, add a teaspoon of Kaolinite or bentonite clay.

If the clay becomes too tough to mix in the coriander paste you prepared, you can add some drops of raw milk or rose water to it.

Apply it on the skin, wait for 20 minutes and then wash it off with cold water.

This works as an excellent skin cleanser.
